Eldon is where all of you were born and raised…

Most of Eldon was destroyed by a nearby Orc encampment. The orcs were sly and lured the misfit children away from the town one by one. Gnok, the mage, was able to enchant each child and convince them to go back into town with scrolls. He convinced them that these scrolls would make their families and friends love them more. With this excitement in mind each of the children read the scrolls in their homes to their parents. The scroll was an enchantment of Fireball, which began the setup for the destruction of Eldon

Upon the explosions that were set up in this small thorp the orcs began their raiding and pillaging. All of the children “bombs” and their families died, except for a single child, Seval. All of the houses were destroyed and few families lived. Those that survived took refuge in a nearby cave in the hills of the land. The orcs destroyed and took everything.

There was a total of seven children survivors. Seval, who later took to the magic of the crystals; Aiello, who became a master in the discipline of nanchuku; Delilah Felicia Melynda Stephanie Raquel Shaniqua Gearcaster,PE (Professional Engineer), who despite her obsession with magical creation, she was able to serve Gonza Goldwrench as the healing hand of Thaamal; and then there is Evelynn Bellefontaine, known as Evelynn Darksong, a jack of all trades, talented in shadowy arts. The other three children took the rest of the survivors and went to Kahlden the capitol of Saulin.

The young troupe, still only children of Eldon, traveled south to the metropolis and port town of Adair. This is where each of the spent two years training in their particular fields and honing the abilities they now have. On the two year anniversary of the destruction of their home, the children, now adults gathered in a tavern and learned that the same orcs that detruyed their homes were traveling further south in Koriel. This was an opportunity that all of them could not pass up. They gathered their belonging and all took a job aboard the Mermaid’s Companion, a fishing ship headed to New Haven. In high hopes of adventures and a chance to avenge their homes, they sailed to New Haven.

New Haven was a bustling town, the market was plenty and you all were paid a gold per day aboard the ship [10 gold a piece]. With this new coin in pocket and that urge for a landlocked job, you have all headed to the Rusty Mug, the tavern in town and that is where the adventures start…
